States that the assemblies of the village and nāḍu of Śāyakkaḷūr granted the village of Śirriyūr, free of taxes, to Bhavitā- chāriyār Dakshiṇāmūrtiśivar a resident of the maṭha to the south of the Tirumadaiviḷāgam of Tirunaṭṭamāḍīśvaram- uḍaiya-Nāyinār at Milalaiyūrpaṭṭinam in Pāṇdināḍu.

Damaged. Seems to refer to an endowment of land as tiru- viḷakkupparru to the temple for maintaining lamps. Also records a separate gift of land to the god, Piḷḷaiyār. Among the signatories to the gift were Pallavadaraiyan, Gāṅgaiya- raiyan and Iruṅgōḷan.

Fragmentary. Seems to record a gift made by Parākrama- Pāṇḍya to the god for offerings and worship on the day of Āni-Aviṭṭam, which was his natal star. For this purpose he instituted the festival called Parākrama-Pāṇḍyanśandi.
