Records that the sabhā of Sāḷaigrāmam, which was a dēvadāna-brahmadēya situated in Duvvūr-kūrram alias Mayimā- kara-vaḷanāḍu, made a gift of gold and of 35 pāṭakam of tax-free land for providing offerings and ornaments to the deity, Varaguṇa-Īśvara. The king (Perumānaḍigal) is stated to have been staying at Tiruppālaiyūr. The record is left unfinished.

The gift is stated to have been made as per the royal order (śrīmukha) of Perumānadigaḷ Śrīvalluvadēvar. The record is signed at the end by Vaiguṇaśiya Nakkan.
