Registers several gifts of land and money by Mādhavayya of Poṭṭivūr and others made to the tank constructed by him (i.e. Mādhavayya). Also records a gift of money by Gōvindayya for a lamp to the god Mūḷas- thānadēva.

Also mentions some Jaina teachers belonging to that Jinālaya.
