Records a gift of land to the god Kēśava at Lōmaḍa by Mahā-maṇḍalēśvara Raṅganāthadēva Mahārāja. The village is stated to have been granted to the chief as amaranāyaṅkara by the king. It is stated that the chief was the grandson of Naṁdēla Peda-Avubhaladēva and belonged to the Ātrēya- gōtra, Āpastamba-sūtra and Yajuś-śākhā.
