Registers a gift of land for one (?) perpetual lamp in the temple of Mūlasthānam-uḍaiyār by Tirunāḍuḍaiyāḷ, wife of Tiru- veṇkāḍu-bhatṭan, (a resident) of Kōdaṇḍarāmañchēri in Vīranārāyaṇa-chaturvēdimaṅgalam.

Seems to record a provision made for services to god Mūlasthā- nam-uḍaiyār by Sōmadēva-bhaṭṭan of Umaiyūr, a resident of Kōdaṇḍarāmachchēri, and gifts of land Kaḷappāḷarāyar for a lamp to the same god after purchase from Uyyavalan alias Paḍampakkanāyakan.

Telugu	Registers a gift of land, by the Reḍḍis and Karaṇams of the village of Sarapharājapuram situated midway between Rāmaḷḷakōṭa and Penḍēkallu, to Vātaṁbhaṭlu, the archaka of the temple of Rāmēśvarasvāmin for conducting worship and offerings to god. The gift was made during the administration of the Kandanavōlu-paṭṭaṇa by Sūraparāju-Khāna, son of Baḍēkhānu Sāhebu.
