The donor is said to have obtained the Banagānapalle-sīma as amaranāyaṅkara from the king.

The gift is stated to have been made for the merit of Uttama-chōḷadēva and Kūchādēvī. The donor bears a string of Telugu-Chōḷa birudas commencing with the introduction charaṇa-sarōruha, etc.
