States that the northern entrance to the maṇḍapa of (the temple of ) Rāmēśvara of Tenāli was constructed by Narasimha and Nāma, the sons of Sōmaya-mantrin. In characters of the 14th century.

Gold. round, Ikkēri varāha. Obverse : Seated figures of Śiva and Pārvatī, the latter on the former’s lap. Reverse : Legend in Nāgarī seems to read : Śrī-Sadā[siva].

Sanskrit and Kannaḍa (verse)- Grantha and Kannaḍa.

Records the gift of a piece of land made by the king to Mōchabbarasī as kanyādāna, i.e. a gift to a damsel. States that king Jayasiṁha was born in the lineage of Gautama, Śaradvat, Śantanu, Kṛipa and Śalya. The land granted is stated to be in the vicinity of Puttūr. Published in Ep. Ind., Vol. XXIX, p.203 ff. and Plate. In characters of about the 10th century.
