Records the gift of “perumbadi” (?) by the “city twelve” of Visakhapattanamu alias Kulottunga-Chodapattanamu to Matamana of Malamandala.  The description of the donee is not quite intelligible.

Records gift of land, with all emoluments, in the village of Tataram in the Talanda-Twelve for the worship of the god, maintenance of dancing girls etc., in the temple of Cholaganga-Madhavadeva.  The gift was made by Arusagonddalaravuta,  brother-in-law of the king, in the presence of god Virabhadresvara, on the bank of the river Vamsadhara for the prosperity of Kamarnavadeva.

Records the conferment by Erapota-Nayaka of the office of Sthanapati of the temple of Cholaganga-Madhavadeva of Talanda on Kadapaka Purushottama-Bhatta and his son Vidvajjanapriya-Brahmamaraya.

Records the construction of Rajaraja-Jinalaya in Bhogapuram alias Vikramagangavirapenta and grant of land to the said temple by Kannama-Nayaka.

Records gift of a perpetual lamp, a garden and a well to the temple of Aaresvara by General Umapati during the reign of Bhanudeva,  son of Narasinghadeva and grand son of Bhima.
