States that during the reign of Bābur qalandar, who conquered the earth as the sky does, one of his great nobles, the secondĀsaf, Amīr Bāqī, whose polity is the counsellor of the kingdom built this mosque and fort. Ends with prayer for the builder. Written by Faṭhu’llāḥ Muḥammad Ghūrī.

States that during the reign of the king of seven climes. Ghiyā-thu’d Dīn wa’d Dunyā Tughluq Shāh who, like Alexander, subjugated countries with his mace and dagger, the mosque
at Mahoba was constructed when Malik Tāju’d Duwal Aḥmad was the governor and that the door, walls and the courtyard of the mosque were also made up-to-date. The date is that of completion.
