Broken slab built into the raised platform of the

mosque near the village chavadi 12th  century A.D.

This fragmentary inscription, in characters of about the 12th century A.D., seems to record a gift to god Kesavadeva. It mentions Kalimarasa who was probably Mahapradhana and kaditaverrggade.

Broken slab fixed into the right outer wall of Hanuman temple

12th  century A.D.

This fragmentary inscription record a gift of land measured by the Bhanduchintamani pole, house-site, garden, etc., to a god and two hundred  vajasaneya Brahmanas of the place. All others details are lost. In characters of about the 12th century A.D.

This inscription records a gift of land and garden. After purchase, to a temple by the mahajanas of sindige heated by urodeya  sivanatha. In characters of about the 12th century A.D.

This record, in characters of about the 12th century A.D., registers a gift of land  made after purchase, by the twelve gaundas of Gudigere for the worship of the  siva- linga named Kalideva installed by kallimayya who also donated money with which the gift land was purchased.

This record, in characters of about the 12th-13th century A.D., states that this is the nisidhi of singisetti, Devisetti, Padumavva and singrya who were the disciples of Nemideva of the ingalesvara lineage belonging to Mula-samgha, Desi-gana, kondakunda anvaya and Pustaka-gachchha.

This record, in characters of about the 12th-13th century A.D., states that this (i.e.. the arch-stone) is the workmanship of mandalika mandiga.

Hero-stone built into the wall of kalamesvara temple A.D.1248

This damaged record is dated saka 1171, Kilaka, chaitra, ba.3, Sunday corresponding to A.D.1248, march 14, The weekday, however, was Saturday saka year being current.  

The inscription seems to record the death of a person (name lost) during a fight (cattle raid) against Joyideva of Gutola at the instance of chattayadeva. It refers to anadi-agrahara Kundogola. Other details are lost. Cf. No. 329 below.

Hero-stone built into the wall of the Klamesvara temple A.D.1248

This record is dated saka 1171, Kilaka, Chaitra, ba. 3, Sunday, corresponding to A.D.1248, March 14, the weekday being Saturday and saka year current.

The inscription record the death of an individual (name lost), in a fight against joyideva of Gutolalu at the instance of Chattayadeva of halasige-nadu, during a cattle-raid. It mentions the one thousand of agrahara Kumdugola.

Hero-stone set up to the right of the Somesvara temple A.D.1278

This record, in characters of about the 14th century A.D., is dated the cyclic year Isvara, Dvitiya-phalguna, su. 14, Tuesday. In this century the details of the date correspond toA.D.1278, March 8, Tuesday f.d.t.75.

The inscription record the death of Chika, son of Goyanayaka, who was the house hold  officer (mane-adhikari) of Mahamandalesvara saluveya ballugidevaraneya, in a fight with a certain rahuta.

Left pillar at the eastern entrance into the somesvara temple 13th century A.D.

This record characters  of about the 13th century is dated the cyclic year Annada, Margasira, dvitiya- paksha. The details cannot be verified.

The inscription record the renovation of the temple of somanatha by guru Nagesvara who is said to have hailed from saurashtra. The record is in faulty Sanskrit language.

Pillar in the Somesvara temple 13th century A.D.

The inscription which is engraved in continuation of No. 228 above, records gifts of land by nalprabhu, Chaladamkarama, Hariyama-setti and other to Murujavideva at the time of  sivararti. It also record gifts of land and money-income, to god Svayambhudeva of kalukere by the eight Hittus and others. In characters of about the 13th century A.D.

Pillar in the kallesvara temple 13th century A.D.

This record is dated the cyclic year prabhu, Sunday, Amavasya, solar eclipse, samkranana., The details being not enough for verification. It may be assigned to about the 13th century A.D. on paleographical grounds.

The inscription record a gift of a charity-house for the benefit  of the temple of Kalideva at Hosavura by pradani Chattarasa, Kucharsa and sahani Naranadeva.

Broken slab built into the plinth of Kallesvara temple 13th century A.D.

This fragmentary record, in characters of about the 13th century A.D., registers a gift of land by several individual of whom the names of Bhima-Bhatta and Nilakantha –Bhatta are preserved. It records further gifts by the sons of Ayamgalu. The details are lost.
