Tiruvandavar, Kanchipuram Taluk,
Chingleput District.
On the south wall of the mandapa in front of the
Tiruvandanathesvara temple. Rajanarayana
Sam[m]buvaraya. Year : 1346 A.D.
The details of the date, viz., Monday, dvitiya
and Asvati will correspond to 1346 A.D., October 2, Monday, f.d.t. â37, â22. The month was Tula and the paksha bahula.
This fragmentary inscription seems to record some gift to a
god and goddess (nayaka-nachchiyar) and refers to
Madhurantaka-chaturvedimangalam.
