of the Tyagaraja shrine in the Tyagarajasvamin temple.

Saka 1639 : 1717 A.D. This inscription mentions the kingâs predecessor
Sahji-maharaja and his predecessor Ekoji-maharaja. The details of date given viz., Saka 1639, Kali 4818,
Hevilambi, Chittirai 15, su. 13, Friday, Hasta, regularly correspond to 1717
A.D., April 12, Friday.
It records the renovation (ashtabandhanam) of the shrine of Mahasivalingam within the temple of god Tyagaraja-svamin Valmikanathasvamin, by Mahamandalesvara Saraposi (Sarfoji)-maharaja. Tuljarajiraje Bhosle

Tuljarajiraje Bhosle. S. 1697 â 1775 A.D. This record in Marathi, written in Nagari, is dated in Saka 1697, Manmatha, Vaisakha 1 and states that the prakara was built by Rajesri- Tulja-rajiraje Bhosle Saheb.
