[ಧ]ರ್ಮಶ್ರೀಮತು ಸಕಲಗು –

3 ಣಸಂಪಂನರಾದ [ಚಿನೆಯರಸ]ತೊಳಹರ ಭಂಡಾರದ ಭೈಲು . . . . .ಮಾಡಿಸ್ತ

4 ಬಲಿಕಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಶುಭಮಸ್ತು

PEDDANAPĀḌU, KAMALAPURAM TALUK, CUDDAPAH DISTRICT

Stone set up in front of the ĀÃ±janēya temple

1644 A.D.

The record states that Naraharidēva, the sthānapati of (the temple of ?) Rāmachandrarāya, had the image of Hanumantadēva consecrated at Peddanapāḍu.

It is dated the cyclic year Manmatha, phālguṇa śu. 5, [Wednesday]. On palaeographical grounds the record may be assigned to the 17th century in which case the details correspond to 1656 A.D., February 20 which might be the date intended.
