12 ಯಿಂದಂ ತೆಂಕಲುಯಿಂತೀ ಚತುಸ್ಸೀಮರಯಿಂ ದೊಳಗೆ ಹಿರಿಗದೆಮು 4 ನಾಲ್ಕುಮುಡಿ
ಮ –

13 ತ್ತಂ ಹಡುವಲಗದೆಯ ಚತಿಸ್ಸೀಮೆಯ ವಿವರ ಮೂಡಲು ಸಂಣ ಸಾಟಿಯ

14 ಗೊಣಬೆಯಗದೆಯ ಗಡಿಯಿಂದಂ ಪಡುವಲು ತೆಂಕಲು ಹರಿವ ಬಚಲ
ಗಡಿಯಿಂ –

15 ದಂ ಬಡಗಲು ಪಡುವಲು ಕೋಟೇಶ್ವರದೇವರ ದೇವಸ್ಯದ ಕಳಸ ಗದೆಯ

MĀRŪRU, KARKAL TALUK, SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Broken Slab (No. 2) set up behind the Pārśvanātha basti

1597 A.D.

This is dated Śaka 1520, Hēmaḷaṁbi, Pushya śu 2, Friday corresponding to 1597 A.D., December 30. The Śaka year was current.

It registers a gift of land by Pārśvadēvi Binnāṇi for worship and offering to Mēgananele Chadranātha, Ananta tīrthakara, Chavis-tīrthakara and other deities.

TEXT

1 ಶ್ರೀಮತ್ಸರಮ ಗಂಬೀರ ಸ್ಯಾದ್ವಾದಾಮೋಘ ಲಾಂಚನಂ | ಜೀಯೂ-

2 ತ್ರೈಲೋಕ್ಯನಾಥಸ್ಯ ಶಾಸನಂ ಜಿನಶಾಸನಂ || ಶ್ರೀಮಂನಾಕಿನಿಯಾಯ ನಾ-

3 ಯಕಶಿರಃ ಕೋಟೀರರತ್ನಪ್ರಭಾ ಸಂದೋಹಾಂಚಿತ ಪಾದಪದ್ಮ –

4 ಯುಗಲಃ ಶ್ರೀಪಾರ್ಶ್ಚತೀರ್ಥೇಶ್ವರಃ | ಪಾಯಾತ್ವಾಂದ್ಯನ್ಯಪಾ[ನು]ಜಾಂ

5 ಸುಚರಿತಾಂ ಬಿಂನಾಣಿನಾಮಾನ್ವಿತಾಂ ಸದ್ದರ್ಮಾಮೃತವಾರ್ದ್ಧಿ ಚಂದಿರಕಲಾ-

6 ೦ಶ್ರೀಪಾರ್ಶ್ಚ ದೇವೀಂ ಸದಾ || ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತ್ ಸಕವರುಶ 1520 ನೆಯ
ಹೇಮಳ-
