ಕಾರಿಗೆ ಏಳು ಖಂಡಗ ಹೊಡೆಗೆ ಎಂಟುಖಂ –

8 ಡುಗದ ಮರ್ಯ್ಯೋದೆಯಲೂ ಕಟುಗುತ್ತಗೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಲಿಸಉಳವರು ಕೆಱಿಗೆನೀರುಸಾಲದೆ
ಸಾವಿಹೋದರೆಗದೆಗೆ ಸರಿವಾಗವನು ಮಿಕ್ಕಉಳ –

9 ವರು ಕೆಱಿಯಲಿ ನೀರುಸಾಲದಿದರೆ ಗೊಡೆ ಎಱಿಯಲಾದರೆ ನೆರೆಮರಿಯಾಮಲೂ
ಗುತ್ತಗೆಯನೂ ಯಿಳಿಹಿಕೊಡ ಉಳವರು ಕಟುಗದೆ

BAINDŪR, COONDAPUR TALUK, SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Slab built into the compound wall of a private house near the tank
called âHosakereâ

1513-14 A.D.

This damaged record is dated Śaka 1435, Śrīmukha, Vaiśākha, the other details being lost. The year corresponds to 1513-14 A.D.

It registers a gift of land, the boundaries of which are given; but the details are all lost. It refers to the rule of some king bearing the tiles rājādhirāja and paramēśvara.
