Broken slab lying on the aśvatthakaṭṭe in front of the Vināyaka temple

Circa 15th century

This mutilated record registers a gift of land by Basavaseṭṭi for feeḍing brāhmaṇas in the feeding house attached to a maṭha. The gift was entrusted to krishṇa-hebbāra, son of Mādaṇa-hebbāra. It refers to god Gōpīnthādēva.
