The grant was made by the Ugura Three Hundred when the senior queen (piriyarasi) Lakshmādēvī was governing Niṭṭasiṅgi, Tailapadēva was governing Banavāsi 12,000 and Pānuṅgal 500 and Kēsigāvuṇḍa, son of Jakkagāvuṇḍa, was the ūrgāvuṇḍa of Niṭṭasiṅgi.
