Records the death of Beṇṇa of Kēsaṅgere when Ajavarm- marasa of the Kadamba family was holding the office of nāḷgāvuṇḍa. It is stated that at this time Banavāsi 12000 had been divided into two parts and was being administered by Baṅkeya and Śaṅkaragaṇḍa.

The stone was set up by Kōsigara-Chaṭṭa. Chaṭṭayya rote (the inscription) and Jakka engraved it. The gift was
received by four residents (names given) of the place.

Registers several other gifts for the same purchase. Describes the city of Hānuṅgal and praises the exploits of Kalidēvaseṭṭi.
