SAṄKARĀPURA ALIAS GAṆḌI-BASĀPŪR, SANDUR TALUK,
BELLARY DISTRICT

Rock about 20 yards in front of the temple of Gaṇḍi-Basappa

This damaged record, in late characters, seems to register a gift for offering in the Bhikshā-ṁātḥa of Tiruveṅgaḍa-dēva of Raṅga- samudr

It is dated the cyclic year Durmati, Mārgaśira śu. 1; the details are insufficient for verification.
