9 ಪ್ರತಾಪ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಚುತರಾಯ ದೇವಮ-

10 ಹಾರಾಯರು ಶ್ರೀ ಜಂಬುನಾಥ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಅ-

11 ಮ್ರುತಪಡಿ ಧೂಪ ದೀಪ ನೈವೇದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮ[ರ್ಪಿ]-

12 ಸಿದ ತಿರುಮಲದೇವಿ ಅಂಮನವರ ಪ[ಟ್ಟ]-

13 ಣಕ್ಕೆ [ಸ]ಲುವ ಕಲ್ಲಹಳಿಯ ಗ್ರಾಮ 1

14 ನು ನಂಮತಂದೆ ನರಸಣನಾಯಕ ವೊ-

15 ಡೆಯರಿಗೆಉ ನಂಮ ತಾಯಿಗಳು

16 ವೋಬಾಜಿ ಅಂಮಮ್ನವರಿಗೆಉ ಪುಂ-

17 ಣ್ಯವಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು [ಶಾ]ರ್ವ-

18 ರಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ ಶು 12 . .

19 ಪುಂಣ್ಯಕಾಲದಲೂ ದಾನಧಾರಾಪೂರ್ವ

TIRUVAṆṆĀMALAI, TIRUVANNAMALAI TALUK, NORTH ARCOT DISTRICT

Eastern gōpura (proper left) of Aruṇāchalēśvara temple

[Achyutadēvarāya]

This damaged record refers to the construction of a gōpura by Chikka-Chevva of the family of Timma-bhūpāla, who is highly eulogised. He appears to have had the gōpura of the temple at Aruṇapura constructed. The record refers to Achyutadēvarāya-mahārāya, the Vijayanagara king. It is undated.
