An incomplete record, the text of which stops abruptly, only half a line of writing having been engraved on the third plate. Issued from Vijaya-Kōṅgōdā-vāsaka. The king is given the epithet, atula-śaśāṅka-dhavalaḥ. The record stop at the point where the document begins to be addressed to the mahā-sāmanta and other officials of Kōṅgōdamaṇḍala. Registers the gift made by the queen of the village of Sāntīra-grāma together with Kōm-yōsaṅga free of all taxes and inclusive of certain specified privileges in favour of Bhaṭṭa Mā[ṇi]kyadēva, son of Jālladēva and grandson of Purushōttama, who was a resident of Dharmapāṭṭi having migrated from Takārī and who was of the Bhāradvāja gōtra,* Vājasanēya charana and Mādhyandina śākhā. The donated village is stated to have been situated in Pachhama-khaṇḍa of Tamura-vishaya in Dakshiṇa-Tōsalī and the gift was made at the request of Rāṇaka śrībhṛid-Apsarōdēva, lord of Yamagartā-maṇḍala. Registers the gift made by the king, while in camp at Vārāṇasī-Kaṭaka, of the villages of Śāisō and Rāḍasō in Madanakheṇḍa-vishaya of Athakheṇḍa Kōshthā dēśa to the Brāhmaṇa Dēvaratha-Āchārya of Ātrēya gōtra, Kāṇva śākhā and Yajurvēda. (iii) Same year, Mārgaśira śu. di. 15, Lunar eclipse =	Sanskrit in Proto- Bengali.	Registers several grants made on different dates by the king. Of these the first was made while he was in camp at AbhinavaVārāṇasīkaṭaka, of land to the extent of 20 vāṭis in Purāṇagrāma and 10 vāṭis in Jayanagara-grāma of Sāīlō-vishaya to Pandita Saṅkarshaṇānandaśarman of the Ghṛita-Kauśika gōtra and Kāṇva śākhā of the Yajurvēda.
