ḷīśvaram-uḍaiya-Nāyanār at Karivēḍu alias Kulōttuṅga-
śōlanallūr in Karivēḍu-nāḍu, a subdivision of Dāmar-
kōṭṭam in Jayaṅgoṇḍaśōla-maṇḍalam, by a dēvaraḍiyār-
residing in the street called Kākkunāyaka-perunteruvu
(belonging to) the temple of Tiruvēgambamuḍaiya-Nāyanār at Kāñchīmānagar.

States that Tryambakadēvī-Āyiyār, the daughter of Vijayarāya-
Mahārāya, constructed a maṇḍapa on the northern side of the
Dāmal-channel at Karivēḍu, for the god Arikku-aruḷīśuram-
uḍaiya-Nāyānār to halt on the day of Tai-pūśam and that
she provided for worship and offerings to the deity on this day
and for repairs to the maṇḍapa by a gift of money and lands. Mentions the community called Gaḍikārattu-Mudaliyār.

Nāyanār, that he constructed shrines and consecrated therein
(the images of) Iḷaiya Nāyinār and the goddess and that he endowed lands (for worship and offerings) to these deities.
