Records a gift of land to the temple by Iriñjiyūr Śrī-Rāman Veḷḷaipanri-bhaṭṭan of Bhuvanachūḷāmaṇichchēri, a hamlet of Vīranārāyaṇa-chaturvēdimaṅgalam, in Virudarājabha- yaṅkara-vaḷanāḍu. The gift land is said to have been obtain- ed by the donor in the 25th year of the reign of Kulōttuṅga- Chōḷadēva.

Begins with the introduction Pugalmādu, etc. Records a gift of land as dēvadāna for offerings, etc., to god Brahmīśvaram- uḍaiya-Nāyinār at Āḍūr in Kiḍāramkoṇḍaśōla-pēriḷamai-nāḍu, by Iriñjiyūr Veḷḷaipanri-Dāmōdara-bhaṭṭan.
