18 ನಾಣಿತ್ತಿ ಆ ತೆಱೆಂಗೆ ಶಲವಾಗಿ ಮಾಕಬೆಯ ಬೆಟ್ಟಿನಮಾಕಿ ಮೂ 5 ಮನೆ

19 ಅಡಿ ಇಷ್ಟನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ತೆಱನೂ ಯೆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆ ತೆಱನೂ ಕೊಂಡು

20 ಕೊಂಡಳು ಯಿ ಬಾಳಿಂಗೆ ದುಗುಬಿಂನಾಣಿತ್ತಿಯೂ ಮೂರುಕೇರಿಯ ಹಲರೂ
ಕೂ –

21 ಡಿದು ಕೇಶವ ಮಂಡಚನ ಮಗ ಕ್ರಿಷ್ಣಮಂಡಚಂಗೆ ನಾಯರು ಮೂಲವಾಗಿ
ಎಱ –

22 ದು ಕೊಟರು ಆ ಮಂಡಚನೂ ಬಾನಗೇಡು ಬಱಗೇಡು ಎಂನದೆ ನಾಗಂ

23 ಡುಗದಲು ನಿಲಿಕೆಒತನ ಹಾನೆಯಲು ಭತ್ತ ಮೂ 30ಕೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಮೂ 12 ನೂ

24 ಬರವೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಾರಕೂರಿಂಗೆ ತಂದು ಹಾಯ್ಕುವನು ಯಿ ಧರ್ಮ್ಮವನು

25 ದುಗುಬಿಂನಾಣಿತ್ತಿ ವುಳ್ಳಷ್ಟುಕಾಲ ದುಗು ಬಿಂನಾಣಿತ್ತಿ ನಡಸುವಳು ದು –

26 ಗುಬಿಂನಾಣಿತ್ತಿ ಯಿಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ದುಗುಬಿಂನಾಣಿತ್ತಿಯ ಸಂತಾನದವ –

27 ರು ನಡಸುವರು ಕ್ರಿಷ್ಣಮಂಡಚನ ಸಂತಾನ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ನಾಯರು

28 ಮೂಲವಾಗಿ ಎಱೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಇ ಧರ್ಮ್ಮ ಮೂಱುಕಿರಿಯ ಸೋಮನಾ –

29 ಥ ದೇವರ ಸಂನಿಧಿಯಲು ಮಾಡಿದ ಧರ್ಮ್ಮ | ಇ ಧರ್ಮ್ಮವನು ಮೂಱುಕಿರಿ

30 ಯ ಮೂ[ವರು] ಸೆಟ್ಟಿಕಾಱರೂ ನೂರ ಯತ್ತಿಳ ಮೇಲೊಳಗಾದ ಸಮಸ್ತಹಲ-

31 ರು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾಲಿಸುವರು || ಇ ಧರ್ಮ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ತಂತ್ರಾಡಿ ಊರು ಅಯ್ವರ . .

UḶĀYBETTU, MANGALORE TALUK, SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Slab set up in the prākāra of the Śiva temple

Bukka I, 1375 A.D.

This record is dated Śaka 1298, Rākshasa, Āshāḍha śu. 15, Thursday corresponding to 1375 A.D., June 14, the Śaka year being current.

It records a gift of land as dēvasva to Vidyāgiritīrtha-śrīpāda for worship and offerings in the temple at Omaṁjūru for the welfare of the king Bukkanṇa-voḍeya by Paṇḍaridēva who was governing Maṅgalūru-rājya. The imprecatory portion states that the person who disobeyed the gift was to be fined 1000 gadyāṇa payable to the king.
