Issued from Phaspha-grāma. Records a grant of land in the village of Piñjokāshṭhi, situated in Pauṇḍravardhana bhukti in Vikramapura-bhāga of Vaṅga, made by the king in the month of Bhādra to the Brāhmaṇa Viśvarūpadēva śarman. Mahāsāndhivigrahika Kōpivishṇu is mentioned as the dūta of the grant. Ibid., pp. 132 ff. and Plate. A number of passages of the inscription are re-engraved on erasures. Records a grant of three adjoining villages, situated in the Chhātihara khaṇḍala, comprised within the Miḍillī vishaya of the Samataṭa maṇḍala in the Pauṇḍravardhana bhukti, to two Brāhmaṇas, Kauśika and Dēvarāta, of the Agnivēśya gōtra. The grant is stated to have been made by the king at the instance of Mudrādhikāri-sachiva Gautamadatta, a worshipper of Gautama. Published in Ep. Ind., Vol. XXX, pp. 184 ff.

Damaged. Records the grant of some land at Kāmatāgrāma by Kandarpadevī, queen of Arirājadanujamādhava Daśarathadēva. The donee was a Brāhmaṇa named Umāpatiśarman belonging to the Parāśara gōtra and the Kauthuma śākhā of the Sāmavēda.
