Amritaghatesvara Temple –On The Same Wall.

Tribh. Virarajendra-Chola- (Ii) 3rd Year, (A.D.1065-6)

This records similar provision for burning 5 perpetual lamps in the temple three by one Tirayan Tiruvalanduraiyudaiyan of Emapperur in Empapperur–nadu a division of aduvil-nadu, alias Rajaraja-valanadu, and one each by two other Persons one of the whom was a native of purisai-nadu in Manavir- kottam in Jayangan-dasola-mandalam and the other of Nadar in Pambur-nadu in Uyyakkondar-Valanadu.

Amritaghatesvara Temple –On The Same Wall.

Tribh. Virarajendra-Chola- (Ii) 2nd Year, (A.D.1174-5) 

The king claims to have conquered Madurai and Ilam. This records another similar gift of a perpetual lamp each by Kuditangi Tiruvudaiyan a resident of budalur in Pandikulasani valanadu and Sokattaiyan Nilan Pani of Tirukkadavur by means of reclamation of land at Erukkattuchcheri.

Brahmapurisvara Temple-On The Same Wall

Raj. Rajadhirajadeva Ii –14th Year (A.D. 1176-77) 

This inscription begins with the introduction Kadalsulnda Parmadarum etc. the king is given the attribute “”who was pleased to take Madurai and Ilam”. This registers a gift of land about six veli in extent in the village sembiyankulap-pakkam and 4090 saplings of areca-palm to be grown therein, after purchasing them from the sabha of Manarkudi alias Uttamasola-Chaturvedimangalam in Tiru-Vindalur-nadu, a sub-division of Rajadhiraja-valanadu, as tirunamattukkani to goddess Tirukkamakkotta-Nachchiyar in the temple of Tirumayanam-Udaiyar at tirukkadavur by Arumoli-Alviyar (daughter of?) Urranoytirppan of Ilangarikudi in peravur-nadu, a division of Uyyakkondar-valanadu, who was the wife of Veda-Vanamudaiyan Ammaiyappar alias Pallavarayar of Paliyanur in Menmalai-palai-Yanur-nadu in Jayangoondasola-mandalam.

Gramardhanatha Temple-On The Same Wall

Tribh. Rajadhirajadeva (Ii) – 10th Year (A.D. 1172-73) 

This records a gift of 15 kasu each by Soman Tonri and Soman Udaiyan Residents of Naraiyur in Tirumunaippadi-nadu for burning two lamps during the evening service in the temple of Urbagankondarulina-Nayanar.

Gramardhanatha Temple-On The Same Wall

Tribh. Rajadhiraja (Ii) – 10th Year (A.D. 1172-3) 

This records a gift of 32 cows for burning a perpetual lamp in the temple of Urbagankondaruliya-Nayanar by one Kochchattau Kaman of Madur in Panur-kurram at the instance of the Nattavar, in expiation of the death of a neighbor’s girl caused by the donor’s wife who threw a stick at her daughter (in anger). The stick missed its aim and hit the girl who died as a consequence a few days later.
