(lunar day) of the dark fortnight of Kārttika, this (charter), the dūtaka of which is the
Mahābalādhikrita the illustrious Prasahyavigraha, has been written by Śivarāja, the Chief
Officer in charge of the Department of Peace and War, at the request of Gōkulasvāmin.
