Begins with the introduction Śirmanni, etc. Registers sale of land by the temple of Tirumērraḷi-uḍaiya-Nāyanār at Pāchchil in Rājarājavaḷanāḍu ‘on the northern bank’, to the temple of Tiruppaiññili-uḍaiya-Nāyanār, and the utilisation of the proceeds for the repair of the ardha-maṇḍapa and the tirumaṇḍapa in the former temple.

Registers a tax-free gift of the village Nerkuppai in Kānakkiḷi-nāḍu for the expenses of conducting the service called Kulaśēkharanśandi instituted in the temple in the name of the king.

At the end of the record is mentioned a service to the goddess instituted after his name by Sumukan Kāḷamēgam alias Gāṅgēyarāyan of Nerpākkai in Maranūr-Nāḍu and which was probably connected with the endowment noticed in the first part of this record.
