299 South wall of maṇḍapa in front of the central shrine in the same temple. . . . . . . . . Sarvadhāri,  Chittirai 8. Do. States  that  Apparasayya  constructed  the Uājal-maṇḍapa in the temple in the time of Achyutappa-Nāyaka, and  names the  communities  the  members  of  which  had  to  conduct offerings  and  worship  during  the  seven  days  of  the annual festival to the god Nambirāya.
300 Slab  set  up  behind  the  Dharmarāja temple. Vijayanagara Kṛishṇadēva-Mahārāya Śaka 1447, [Pārthiva], Mēsha,  ba.  7.,  Friday,  Uttirāḍam. Do. Registers a gift of land made for the merit of Tirumalai-Nāyaka by  Bālaya-Nāyaka,  son  of  Tellama  Kāṭṭama-Nāyaka  for providing  worship  and  offerings  to  the  god  Piḷḷaiporutta-Piḷḷaiyār.  Pūvirundamalli  is  said  to  have  been  in  the Nāyakattana-śīrmai of Tirumalai-Nāyaka.
301 East  base  of  the mosque in the same village. Chōḷa Rājarāja (I) Rājakēsarivarman 14th  year (in words) Do. Fragmentary.  Contains  a  portion  of the introduction  comencing  with  the  words  Tirumagaḷpōla,  etc.  Mentions Śaṅkarappāḍiyān   Kāvalampākkilān.  Another  fragment  on a the same base probably of the same period, is dated in the 10th  year  (king’s  name  lost).  A  third  fragment on a long slab contains  a  damaged  Sanskrit  verse  of the same period and refers to Trailōkyadēvī.

Incomplete and damaged.  Mentions  Neduñchēli [ya*]-viṇṇagar-Irundadēva at Pūndanmali in Puliyūr-kōṭṭam.

303 Slab set up in the same place Qutab Shāhi Sultan ‘Abdullah Quṭb  Shāh 1063 H. 20th Shawwal Persian Mr.  Yazdani  who  kindly  deciphered  this inscription  states that it records the construction and completion of the mosque by Rustam, son of Dhu’lfiqar of Astrābād during the governorship of Nawab Jumlat-lu-Mulkī Muhammad Saīd.

Tamil and English Registers a gift of four kāṇi of land for rearing a flower-garden and  for constructing a shrine for Piḷḷaiyār (Gaṇēśa) by the Āyirattoruvar  community of oil-mongers of Chennapaṭṭaṇam. AnEnglish version of this inscription, dated in 5th December A.D. 1776 is also appended at the end.
306 Madras.—Stone kept in the Government Museum. . . . . Pārthivēndravarman 8th  year (in words) Tamil

Records a gift of sheep by Chandraśēkharan,  a madhyastha of  Tiruchchuram  in Nayadhiramaṅgalam situated in Śurattūr-nāḍu,  a  subdivision of Puliyūr-kōṭṭam,  for  burning a lamp in the temple of Mahādēva in the village.

307 Gingee.—Slab  embedded  near  a  watertrough near the mosque in the fort. . . . . . . . . 1135  H. (1723 A.D.). Persian Nastā’liq Deciphered by Mr. G. Yazdani, the Government Epigraphist for Moslem Inscriptions.  States  that  Sa’id, the  governor increased the water-supply of the city of Jiñji by the construction of a canal.
308 Slab built into the compound wall of the same mosque. . . . . . . . . 1130 H. (1718 A.D.). Do. Do.  States  that Sa’id  the successful  (administrator)   constructed the mosque at Nusratgarh.
309 Slab built into the wall of a bastion  near the same mosque. . . . . . . . . 1063 H. (1653 A.D.), Persian Naskk Do.  States  that the Husaini  bastion was built in the year 1063  H.
310 Base of the gōpura of the Veṅkaṭaramana svāmin temple in the same fort. . . . . . . . . . . . . Tamil (verse) In characters of the 18th century A.D.  Records the perpetual devotion of a certain priest of the temple of god  Veṅkaṭēśa at Śeñji.   Another similar record refers to the devotion of a certain Harīharaputtiran.
