Registers the grant of certain toll-incomes (magama) on articles of merchandise  such as cotton, yarn, cloth, etc., made by the Vīra-Balañja merchant-guild of Ayyāvoḷe for the lamp offerings of  god Saṅgamēśvara at Animela. A worn out fragment on the back of the slab mentions Kailāsa.

Much damaged. Registers the grant of toll-incomes on certain articles of merchandise by the same merchant-guild to the gods Saṅgamēśvara and Vīrabhadra at Animela. The merchants are referred to as the devotees of gods Gaṇēś vara  and Gaurīśvara and of the Bhikshāvṛitti persuasion.

In the culogy of the guild Jainagiri is mentioned as th residence of Bhikshāvṛitti-Ayya

Registers gift of lands in the village of Pāḷem belonging to god Saṅgamēśvara to a certain [Tim]mappa and stipulates that he and his descendants should play the vīṇā and the kinnara instruments in the temple of Saṅgamēśvara.

Registers grants of land in Poṇḍuya-bīḍu to the west of Gollapalle, made for the merit of the king by a certain Chandraśēkharayya, for worship and perpetual lamps in the temple.

Registers grant of the Vīramushṭi income realize in the temple and the village, by Sidha Bikshāvatayya (Siddha Bhikshāvṛitti-Ayya) Nandēla Vīrayya for  lamp offerings to god Agastīśvara. The donor bears the titles Khētāmbara-Talagoṇḍa gaṇḍa, Bijana rāya-mānamardana, etc.

Registers the grant of the taxes on looms, etc., and the several kinds of siddhāyas accruing in the villages of Chadupurēla and [Cha]pili in the Ghaṇḍikōṭa-sīma by three toll officers for a lamp in the temple.
