Records the installation of a dhamachaka-dhayo(dharmachakra-dhvaja?) at the eastern gateway of the Mahāvihāra at Dhañakaḍa for the use of the congregation of the Pūva-sēliya (Pūrvaśailīya) monks, by Amakha Atabēra of Aṁgalōka (country), son of Vīrakhada (Vīraskanda), and the body-guard (aṅgaraka) of the house-holder (koḍubika) Khada(Skanda)-Nāga.
