Records a gift of two pieces of land at Palaṅgūr as tax-free sarvamānya, one for offerings (tirujñānam-amudu śeydaruḷa) during the ardhayāma service and the other for worship and repairs, to the temple of Tirunāgīśuramuḍaiya-Nāyanār at Tiruppālappandal, a quarter of Muḍi[ya*]nūr in the Kīḷtuṇḍa-nāḍu of Vāṇagōppāḍi ‘on the southern bank’, a subdivi- sion of Magadai-maṇḍalam in Kurukkai-kūrram of Malāḍu alias Jananātha-vaḷanāḍu, by Annadātadēva-Uḍaiyar, son of Mahāpradhāna Chavuṇḍappa-Uḍaiyar, for the welfare of the king.

Records a gift of land as dēvadāna to the temple by a ceratin Māran Kulaindān Śēdirāyan of Kūḍal in Tirumunaippāḍi- nāḍu, (an agambaḍimudali) of Magadēśan Rā[ja*] rā[ja*]dēvan Ponparappinān of Āragaḷūr in Ārrūr-kūrram. Tiruppālaippandal is stated to be situated in Kīlkoṇḍai-nāḍu of Vāṇagōppāḍi.
