Damaged. Begins with the introduction Tirumagaḷpōla, etc. States that Rāśiṅgapanman Rājarāja-Vāṇakōvaraiyan made a gift of land while staying in the Kallūri to the north of the palace at Tañjāvūr to Kāḷi-Tūduvan alias Paḷḷikkaṭṭilēriya-Nāṭṭuppēraiyan.

Much damaged and worn out. Seems to record a gift by the sabhā (of the village) for the maintenance of a hall (ambalam).
