Registers gift of land by Pañchavarāyan Periyān alias Laṅkēśvaradēvan, a Kaikkōḷa residing in the Āvaṇavīdip-perunteruvu (street) at Madura, for worship, offerings, etc., to Tāyilunalla-Nāchchiyār, consecrated by him in the temple of Tirukkunramuḍaiya-Nayinār at Kuñjaram.
