States that Sarvēśvarayyaṁgāru left some of his cows in charge of nine persons (named), stipulating the supply of ghee to be made into the hands of Mahādēva of the maṭha at the rate at which it was supplied to god Bhīmēśvara as Drākshārāma, for the maintenance of nine perpectual lamps in te temples of Sarvēśvara and Bollēśvara at Malyāla (See No. 322 above).

Fragmentary. Refers to the construction of a temple, with a gōpura  and tōraṇa for the god Mādhavēśvara-Bhaṭāra by a certain Mādhavayya. The characters belong to about the 9th-10th century A.D.
