Registers the grant of the vīramushṭi tax of 3 māḍas made by the Purāntakas headed by Komaraliṅgaya, Rāchaya etc., at the instance of Siddha-Bhīkāvṛītti-Ayya to the temples of Vīrēśvara and Gavi-Rāmēśvara of Beḍadūru alias Narasiṁhapuram in Gaṇḍikōṭa (sīma) for their daily worship and monthly festivals, for the merit of Rāchavīṭi Vīrēśvara and the several Purāntakas.

Registers the grant of the village Gōraṇṭla in the Dōni-Veludurti-sīma together with kāḍārambha, nīrārambha and other incomes, made by Āravīṭi Raṅgapparājayyadēva-Mahārāja, son of Veṅkaṭādrirāja and grandson of Śrīraṅgarāja, who was ruling over Dōni-Veludurti-sīma, for services in the temple of Mādhavarāya of the place.

Kannaḍa

Damaged. Records the construction of the temple of [A]nmēśvaradēva at Gōraṭa by Mahāpradhāna Sarvādhikāri Savadhare Yindapa-Nāyaka and the consecration therein of the deity named after his father, and registers a gift of land made to it for daily services, repairs, etc. [Yi]ndapa-Nāyaka is stated to be governing Nalavāḍi-vishaya after obtaining it from Mahāpasāyita Lakshmīdēva-Daṇḍanāyaka.
