Registers a grant of Vipravinōdi-tax (Vipravinōdi-pannu) made by Vipravinōdi Sāḷuva Gōvindaya and China-Gōparāju, son of Gōparāju, in conjunction with the mahājanas of Vuppalūru, to god Mādhaveśvaradēva of the village foe services in the temple. Vuppalūru alias Dēvarāyasamudra-agrahāram is stated to be situated to the south-east of Ghaṇḍikōṭa in Udayagiri-rājya.

Damaged. Registers a gift of land made by Kūnapuli [Imma]ḍi Basivi-Nāyinigāru to the barber Chinnōju, for performing daily the dōḷanāgasvara service in the temple of Chennarāya at Veludoruta.

Registers a gift taxes on markets (pēṇta) and toll-incomes (magama) made by Kūnapuli Immaḍi Basivi-Nāyaḍu to the god Channarāya of Veludoriti for worship during the dasāmi- mahōtsavas. Veludoriti is stated to be included in the Ghaṇḍikōṭa-sīma and given as nāyaṅkara to the donor.

States that Vōbuḷarāju, son of Mahāmaṇḍalēśvara Rēmatikoṇḍa Vōbuḷrāju of Sōma-vaṁśa and Ātrēya-gōtra, installed the image of Ēgu-Perumāḷu (garuḍa ?) in the temple of Chennakēśava-Perumāḷ, had  the prākāra wall built and endowed a flower-garden to the temple of Chennarāya, Vēgu-Perumāḷ flower-garden to the temple of Chennarāya, Vēgu-Perumāḷ
