States that Timmā-Reḍḍi of Peddanapāḍu got made the silver and gold images of Madanagōpāla-Kṛishṇasvāmi, set up in the dhavajastambha and the dīpastambha in the temple and performed the garuḍōtsava for the deity.

Registers the grant of the lands as sarvamānya to the karaṇams of Peddanapāḍu in Ghaṇḍikōṭa-sīma by Mahāmaṇḍalēśvara China Timmayadēva-Mahārāja, son of Timmarāja, grandson of Rāmarāja and great-grandson of Āravīṭi Bukkarāja of the Ātrēya-gōtra and the Sōma-vaṁśa. Ghaṇḍikōṭa-sīma is stated to have been given as nāyaṅkara to the donor by the king. The donor calls himself a devotee of Śrī-Kṛishṇa.
