27	Slab set up in the backyard of the Taluk office.	Western Chāḷukya.	Vikramachakravartin .. ..	Chāḷukya-Vikrama year 48, Śōbhakṛit, Āshāḍha, amāvāsyā, Monday, Dakshiṇiyana-saṅkramaṇa Vyatīpāta.	Kannaḍa ..	Records a gift of land made after purchase by Daṇḍanāyaka Nāgavarmmayya to Agastya-Paṇḍitadēva, pupil of Sāmavēdi-Paṇḍitadēva, the āchārya of the maṭha at the temple of the Rāmēśvaradēva at Puligere, for maintaining the upādhyāya teaching Kaumāravyākarṇa and the students studying it at the maṭha.

Registers a gift of land made after purchase by Sōmaya for worship and offerings in the temple of Śāntināthadēva at Purikara, when a certain chief (name lost) was governing Huligere-300 district.
29	Slab standing in front of the temple of Bīradēva at Hire-Baṇa (suburd).	Western Chāḷukya.	Bhuvanaikamalladēva ..	Śaka 996, Ānanda, Chaitra, śu. Nandīśvara 8, Sunday.	Kannaḍa ..	States that Mahāsāmanta Jayakēsiyarasa of the Maṇala family who was the Rāshṭrakūṛaka of the Purigere-300 district visited Permāḍi-Basadi at Purigere and made it into a pura at the request of Tribhuvanachandra-Paṇḍita, pupil of Gaṇḍavimukta-Bhaṭṭāraka of the Mūla-saṅgha and the Balātkāra-gaṇa.

31	Slab built into the wall of the Vīrabhadra temple.	..	….	Śaka 1435, Durmukhi, Bhādrapada, śu. 5. Sunday.	Do. ..	Slightly damaged and worn out. Records gift of a flower-garden made by a certain Śeṭṭi (name not clear) for the benefit of the temple of Siddhēśvara, in the holy presence of god Dakshiṇa-Sōmēśvara and Rēṇukāchārya.

33	Three sides of a pillar in Śaṅkhabasti at Basti-Baṇa (suburb).	Vijayanagara.	Dēvarāya-Mahārāya, son of Harihara-Mahārāya.	Śaka 1334, Nandana Mārgaśira, śu. [2] Sunday.	Do. ..	Damaged and worn out. Records the settlement of a dispute between Hēmadēvā chārya of Śaṅkha-basti and Śivarāmayya, the āchārya of [Saumya]dēva of Huligere regarding the extent of lands belonging to the respective temples, by Purōhita Saṅgamadēva and other learned men of the palace, at the command of Nāgaṇṇa-Daṇṇāyaka to whom a representation had been made by the two āchāryas.

Evidently a copy in characters of the 11th century A.D. Seriously worn out. Records the gift of the village Semboḷal for the benefit of the temple of Śaṅkha-Jinālaya at Purikara-nagara, made by Vikki-Rāṇaka at the request of a certain Vijaya. Noticed in Indian Antiquary, Vol. VII, p. 110 f.
