Nepal PM discusses Maoist
insurgency with India

Nepal today discussed with India the problem of Maoist insurgency plaguing it as the two countries signed agreements for cooperation in weather forecasting, culture and sports.
 
The accords were signed in the presence of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Nepalese counterpart Sher Bahadur Deuba after the two leaders held one-on-one talks which were followed at the delegation level on the entire gamut of bilateral relations.


India, Pakistan to continue composite dialogue process: India and Pakistan today decided to continue the composite dialogue process and took a number of decisions which indicated an important shift in Pakistan's hitherto policy of "Kashmir-first-trade-later".

Fresh charges to be framed in Best Bakery case: The special court set up in Mumbai to hear the Best Bakery massacre case said today that it would frame charges afresh on September 15.
