    U.S. Trade Court Dismisses Shrimp Anti-Dumping Charges
  In a significant loss for U.S. charges of anti-dumping against Indian shrimp exporters, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) dismissed US Bureau of Customs Border Protection (CBP) directives for bonds matching the duty as security.
     
 

In a significant loss for U.S. charges of anti-dumping against Indian shrimp exporters, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) dismissed US Bureau of Customs Border Protection (CBP) directives for bonds matching the duty as security. India has also opposed this in the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and the CIT ruling will help influence that outcome
