Collaboration between Groupe Danone and Wadia family owned Bombay Dyeing in running Britannia India and Wadia BSN is dead and the entities are breaking up these companies to settle accounts. Wadia BSN is a dairy venture and Danone may try to buy out the Wadias out of this project by invoking a clause that allows such buy out at fair market value. Britannia seems trickier as both want to control over this company.

Agreement on either remains elusive.
