A military investigation into the gory death of 38 civilians in Haditha, Iraq
last November suggests that US Marines purposely shot to death 38 civilians
in cold blood and instead claimed that they were killed in a roadside bomb
attack.
Iraqi Ambassador to the US Samir-al-Sumaidae, who hails from Haditha, said
that his cousin was also shot dead by US forces unnecessarily and without
provocation.
Amnesty International has castigated the
US of gross human rights violations and double standards while
fighting terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan, and in the dreaded Guantanomo Bay
detention center.
