World's fifth largest wind turbine marker Suzlon Energy outbid French Areva offer by 20 per cent to buy Germany-based REpower Systems on an all-cash deal worth €1.02 billion along with Portugal's largest builder Mota Engil. Suzlong will part-fund the purchase through debt and through internal accruals.
