Naxals Execute 13 Villagers

Naxal terrorists killed 13 of the 52 villagers they abducted in a gruesome fashion for opposing their ideology and daring to speak against their methods and means.

Police officials say that 60 villagers residing in relief camps for villagers hiding from terrorists went back to their village to check on their meager possessions. Terrorists, who were in that village, accused them of conniving with Government forces to nab them. Five women and three men escaped from them and alerted the police.

About 65 kilometers from Patna, a group of 200 heavily armed terrorists tried to take over a town and loot a local bank. After terrorizing the population with indiscriminate firing, they retreated hastily when a group of armed commandos arrived and challenged them. The police were surprised at the presence of Naxals in this area.

Naxals are increasingly resorting to taking over unguarded territories and the daring show of force in an area not known for naxal activity only shows how little the Home Ministry really knows about where the Naxals are.
