Pakistan tested the Hatf missile, code named Babur after the founder of the Mughal dynasty, for the second time since August 2005. With a range of 500 kilometers, the Hatf is capable of carrying all type of warheads and can be launched from land or submarine. Pakistan claims that the missile has a near stealth capability with highly maneuverable terrain-hugging technology with pinpoint precision. While Paklistan says that this technology is indigenous, analysts say that they got pieces from North Korean and China.
