South Indian Inscriptions

INSCRIPTIONS COLLECTED DURING THE YEAR 1905-1906

SAMBUVARAYA

RAJANARAYANA

No. 228 (Page No 178)
(A. R. No. 228 of 1906)
South Arcot District, Gingee Taluk, Eyil.
Ruined Siva Temple On Hill – On Two More Loose
Stones Lying In The Same Place.
Sak. Rajanarayana-Sambuvaraya

This is fragmentary. The second piece, probably a part of this record, registers a gift of land at Nulambaichchirreri alias Alagiyanayanallur for offerings and worship to god Attimalla-Nayakar (newly consecrated in the temple?).
